Let us know if you'd like a LoveYerGuts Toolkit - this includes donation buckets, stickers and ribbons, posters to help you promote your challenge or event
Need some ideas for a challenge?
- Complete 50 gut crunches in 5 minutes
- How fast can you do 50 gut crunches - see if you can improve your time over the month of May
- Complete 14 gut crunches every minute for 8 minutes (with a rest minute in between each set)
- Run a team relay with each member completing 14 gut crunches - team with the fastest time wins
- Create an event at a local park, gym, business etc and invite everyone along to do as many gut crunches as they can in 5 minutes
